Nevis advocates only using Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes. “The others don’t taste as good!” These are a staple in her pantry now and she says she NEVER peels potatoes anymore! We’re sold!

Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes
Chicken Boullion Cubes
Butter
Heavy whipping cream (optional)
Prepare the Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes according to the directions on the box. (Choose how many servings you wish to make according to the directions on the box.) For every cup of water for the number of servings you are making, mix 1 chicken bouillon cube.
Add a tad extra butter.
If the end result of mashed potatoes is to stiff for your liking, add heavy whipping cream until you reach the consistency you wish.
Since the bouillon contains salt, there is no need to add any additional amount.
