Two different versions, both a crowd favorite!

Grandmother’s Way

6 eggs

2 tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

1 teaspoon hot mustard

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes.) Shell eggs, cut lengthwise, and remove yolk. Mash yolk with a fork and add the Miracle Whip, hot mustard and relish. Fill the whites with the yolk mixture. Chill until serving.

Maw Maw Chambers’ Way

6 eggs

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons dill pickle, chopped very fine.

Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes.) Shell eggs, cut lengthwise, and remove yolk. Mash yolk with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, and dill pickle. Fill the whites with the yolk mixture. Chill until serving.
