Pronounced perfect to some by which all other potato salads were compared and yet, some of us preferred it without the mustard and onions. But still a traditional recipe we have to include.

Text goes here
4 to 6 Idaho potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
3 or 4 boiled eggs, diced
1 very large onion, diced
2 or 3 stalks celery, minced
4 heaping tablespoons sweet pickle relish or salad
cubes
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
½ cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients to large bowl and stir only when all are in. You may want to adjust the ingredients depending on the size of the potatoes and how many you use.
Grandmother’s note about boiling the potatoes: Test doneness by sticking a fork in them while cooking. Take them off the heat and pour the boiling water off or they will continue to cook and become too mushy.
