Shalon makes this every Christmas morning alongside Aunt Aggie’s Potato Casserole, Kim’s Overnight Blackberry-Pecan French Toast, and Pigs in a Blanket. It’s a hit every year!

1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 roll crescent rolls
Butter a 9 x 13″ baking dish, and spread the rolls on the bottom. Sprinkle the sausage in a layer on top, and then sprinkle the cheese. Mix the eggs and milk together and add salt and pepper, and pour this mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour.
This dish can be made the night before, and baked the next morning.
