1 & 3/4 oz can sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 lb. cooked medium shrimp
1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 & 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Coffee Cream or half and half
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire
3 tablespoons tomato catsup
1 dash of Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Drain mushrooms and saute in butter lightly.
Add cooked rice, shrimp, cheese, cream, and seasonings in that order.
Put in a 2 quart casserole dish and refrigerate or freeze.
Bring out about an hour before you plan to heat it.
Bake at 350º F. for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
