2 lbs. ground beef

½ cup mayonnaise

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

24 dinner rolls (Brittany uses Hawaiian rolls)

 

Preheat oven to 325º F.  Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Mix together beef and onion soup packet and cook until beef cooked through in a skillet. Drain. Stir in mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. 

Lay bottoms of rolls on pan and top with meat mixture.  Replace tops. Spray another sheet of foil and cover. Bake 15-20 min until cheese is melted.
