This is a recipe Fred found online when he started cutting carbs.

1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. smoked sausage

1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes

1 can diced tomatoes

8 cups cut cabbage

1 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1 stick butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat in a saucepan and drain.

Layer meat, sausage, Ro-tel, tomatoes, onion, seasoning, and cabbage in that order in a large crockpot. Do not stir. Cook on high for 4 hours. Once finished put stick of butter on top and salt and prepped to taste and stir.
