Once you start eating this stuff you can’t hardly stop! Shalon made this over and over during the Christmas season.

3 quarts popped popcorn

¼ cup corn syrup

1 cup dark brown sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 stick butter

¼ teaspoon baking soda

Stir until boiling. Cut heat down to medium and boil 5 minutes without stirring.  Add baking soda. Coat popcorn. Spread on 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 300º  F. for 30 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
