1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
½ cup mazols oil (vegetable oil)
1 cup water + 2 tablespoons
Combine all ingredients and mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour mixture into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325º F. for 50–55 minutes or about 1 hour. Turn out of the pan.
Mix the juice and peel of 1 lemon and with 1 cup or more of powdered sugar. Spread this over the cake while still hot.
