7 pounds cucumber slice ¼ inch

2 gallen water

2 cup sliced lime

2 quarts vinegar

2 ½ pounds sugar

1 teaspoon celery seeds

1 teaspoon mix spice

2 teaspoon salt

Soak cucumber in lime water 24 hours. Remake and soak in fresh water 3 hours, drain, let stand overnight un uncooked salution of the vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, mixed spice, and salt. Next morning put on stove and boil 15 minus put in jar and can.
