Joyce grew her own rhubarb and once it was cut, canned this yummy jam. Victoria went home from the trip after trying this, and planted some rhubarb!

5 cups sugar
5 cups rhubarb
1 18 oz. can crushed pineapple
Put this all together. Let set 2 hours, then cook 2 minutes. Add 6 oz. box of Jell-O (Strawberry) and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring. Then can.
