Oriental Slaw:

2 packs of oriental ramen noodles

1 pkg of slaw mix

1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1 cup sunflower seed, toasted

1 bunch of green onions, chopped

Dressing:

2 oriental seasoning packets

1 cup canola oil

1/3 cup vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

 

Crunch up the ramen and put it in the bottom of a large serving bowl. Add slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds, and diced green onion.

Pour the dressing on top and let it sit in the fridge over night. Toss before serving.
