Shalon began making this at the lake house in Alpine, Alabama as an hors d’oeuvres/snack to feed all the friends and family who came for a boat ride. Also known as “Crack Dip” since once you start, you can’t stop eating!

2 large tubs whipped cream cheese

2 cups cheddar cheese

2 cans corn, drained

1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, drained

1 jar chipotle salsa

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve with Fritos scoops.
