1 can refried beans
1 16 oz. package shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Layer cheese on top. Bake in a 400ºF. oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
