1 box Devil’s Food cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup Andes Peppermint Bits (or Peanut Butter, Chocolate or White Chocolate Chips)
Beat eggs, add oil and cake mix. Stir in chips.
Drop on cookie sheet with teaspoon. Leave space in between.
Bake at 350º F. for 8–10 minutes.
Let cook in pan for a few minutes before removing.
