Elinor in March of 2017 at her retirement party after 48 years of service.
Head of Cabbage
½ cup walnuts, chopped into chunks
1 small can of pineapple tidbits, drained
Kraft Coleslaw dressing (sweet)
Chopped apples (Elinor used Red Delicious)
Shred cabbage and add walnuts, pineapple tidbits, and chopped apples with peels on. This adds color “a-peel” to the dish. Add coleslaw dressing (to taste) just before you serve, otherwise, it gets soggy.
