Betty got this recipe from a Teaspoon Party at the Presbyterian Church in Homewood, Alabama. Everybody brought dishes and went around the table sampling a “teaspoon” of everything! This one is quick and easy.

1 1/3 bag frozen broccoli pieces

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can water chestnuts

1 large jar Cheese Whiz

2 cups Minute Rice

1 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped onions

Combine ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13″ casserole dish. Bake at 350ยบ F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
